Q. Are your prints fade resistant?

A. Your order is placed direct to the print supplier via a SECURE SOCKET LAYER link.

Q. Why do I have to register?

A. This is necessary to establish delivery details and is part of the verification process for cards.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?

A. If you wish to pay by cheque then please print a copy of our standard Order Form and fill in the Event and Print Number details which you may wish to record whilst you browse the images in the collections of your choice.

A. Prints of up to 10x15 inches are optically printed on AGFA Sensatis professional paper which has a long predicted colour fastness. However it is recommended that all prints are mounted, framed and displayed behind glass.

 Larger prints and goods which display our images utilise such techniques as “laser, dye sublimation and ink jet printing” to acheive the high quality expected by our customers.

Q. When can I expect delivery?

A. Prints are usually dispatched within 48 hours whilst mugs and other goods will arrive in 7-10 days

A. Most large sporting events are attended free of charge by Sportraiture.com on a speculative basis however we are happy to discuss your own particular needs and requirements for an event and can also offer you cost effective coverage. Q. What about child protection?

A. Where appropriate we will supply a photographer who holds a current Enhanced CRB Certificate and can also provide your images in a collection for your inspection behind DOUBLE password protection.

Q. Can I obtain my images on CD or via Email?

A. Many images are available as JPEG files either as an Email file or on CD with limited licence for personal use only; however some images are deemed of significant commercial value and are not available. Please Email pics@sportraiture.com with any queries. Digital image files can only be purchased by cheque using a completed copy of the appropriate order form.
